MTP kindergarteners learned all about groundhogs, the meaning of Groundhog Day, and they made their predictions if the groundhog would see his shadow.
This tradition dates back to the 1880s, if the groundhog sees his shadow, it's a sign winter will last six more weeks. If he doesn't, an early spring is on the way.
